That violence has an effect on an individual basis, but I doubt that violent nature would have any noticeable effect on something as broad as world politics. We’ve had female leaders in the past like Margaret Thatcher, Hillary Clinton, Theresa May, etc and they’ve haven’t been particularly better or worse than their male counterparts
