Depends on your metric
By a certain metric sure by another might not even be top 10
There’s a reason the Tupac vs biggie conversation has slowly lost biggie supporters over the decades. Not to take anything away from biggie but comparing them is barely even a conversation at this point
Na BIG legend has only grown. Still the GOAT flow and has more classic songs than just about every legend not named Pac, Dre and Ye. BIG and Pac will forever be intertwined until the end of time--cause they were that good.

If you think about the 90s rap culture you immediately think about Pac and Biggie first
Both are legends
most rappers best peak in terms of quality is about 4/5 years though
Pac even with a tragically short career is the most influential and impactful rapper of all time (i believe anyway)
we can argue about who has better discography/flows/lyrics etc but Pac is proving to be a timeless influence on the genre
Nah I did not say he wasn’t influential at all, he’s one of the most influential in Hip Hop. But as far as rapping he’s not the best to ever do it

this is absolute bs you just pulled out of your ass

yeah i agree he aint the best rapper, but i feel when arguing ‘greatest’ especially trying to be objective, he ticks all the boxes
but most importantly, when i talk about his influence and impact. Its more about inspiration than just musical influence. I dont know a rapper who has inspired other rappers as much as him, and thats a big factor when it comes to any GOAT convo. Muhammad Ali aint the best boxer of all time, but he is the most inspirational, and that s*** is a big factor
Whoever you say the greatest could never...
Tupac Mural in Sierra Leone

Tupac Mural in South Korea

Tupac Mural in Spain

Tupac did so much in what seemed like so little as far as years go in his career. If he had a 20 year run like most people we love today probably will, it'd be through the roof.
He nor Biggie made their best project yet, IMO.
Tupac still is the most known rapper worldwide if you had to ask people btw.
Theyd say eminem tho
Objectively not even top 20
Y’all try so hard to be different on here man lol
Realistically
Eminem - snoop dogg - 2pac
Imagine counting Snoop Dogg
Most people don't know him for his raps
He's the most iconic and possibly most influential rapper of all time, but I wouldn't say the most talented MC, lyricist or artist in general.
thats a weird way to spell drake
this is absolute bs you just pulled out of your ass
When’s the last time someone made a topic about biggie being the greatest of all time? Not even to make this an internet thing, in the general larger culture no one typically says biggie was the greatest of all time. He doesn’t get the same treatment as pac and you know it
Again, big is a legend and one of the greats. But still

Biggie had better flow, storytelling and definitely a better ear for beats. He made less music and was less of an icon in rap, but he was every bit his equal as an artist.
