Depends how u define “best” I guess. Here in the UK the racism is often a lot more implicit, so you generally avoid the levels of hatred and violence that whites seems to be comfortable perpertrating in the US - as with much of Europe the real vitriol of organised far right atm is directed towards “Muslims” (I.e. anyone who looks vaguely Arab / Indian) rather than black people, altho obv a lot of those people are really just racist full stop.

Flipside there’s no real black communities outside of a few big cities, so I imagine growing up black in the suburbs/country is a very isolating experience. Anecdotally it always seems to me that black people growing up in these environments have really gone through constant “banter” at the expense of their race which has become so normalised it’s common to see them making self-depreciating jokes.

This defo has a massive impact on people’s self worth and identity even tho they don’t necessarily realise it as they’re growing up. Fortunately a lot of universities have strong black communities and Afro Caribbean Societies so a lot of people are able to thrive in that environment

I couldn’t believe my boy went to Italy with his mum and sister (she must have been early teens Altho fairly tall so maybe looked older) and multiple times they were mistaken for prostitutes and propositioned

Walking around Paris late at night and being called bougnoule orin Berlin and being called kanake is some next level s***, but they will tell you they’re not racist

America ain’t nowhere near perfect and got hella room for improvement but I truly believe it’s the best country in the world for anybody. Racism is everywhere but opportunity isn’t.

In europe having a different culture is probably more of an issue than being of a different skin color unlike america where multiculturalism is well developed

I'd say Canada although s*** isn't perfect here either. You can always find your cultural pocket here and upward social mobility is a lot more attainable than in the States. Maybe France (if you spoke French), New Zealand?

yes. many people in europe hate foreigners. black or white it dosen't matter. if you are a foreigner some people will hate you and some will try to take advantage of you. even if you are white more people will hate you than love you. it is what it is. it's a cold world. we even hate our own family members so don't expect strangers to be kind to you.

and sometimes this hate is justified because many foreigners don't know nothing about respect.
