Ironically Moroccans are racist as f*** towards black people themselves.

in general most countries - not just western - are insanely hostile of foreign cultures, no less like, different skin colors. this isn't necessarily 100% true of the experience of travelers or of guests. you don't really feel that stuff until you live in another country for an extended period of time rather than visit. this also isnt meant to be universal; obviously not everyone in every country is racist, its just that systematic provactions of racism or cultural prejudice are a lot more open elsewhere than a lot of people in the US realize because of how US-centric everything in the US is from education to media to entertainment.
i'm not going to sit here and say the US is some multicultural or multiracial utopia - it's certainly far from that, historically oand modernly, but the issues the US faces internally are certainly unique when compared with other countries. Whether or not this is for better or worse is a different story.

i would even go as far as saying america and other western countries are the MOST tolerant of other cultures

ive looked at studies that have been done that have shown places like india are the least likely to tolerate having a neighbour from another race

you americans stop making this a black and white thing. hate in europe is deeper than colours. i don't know man y'all different. why you guys call hispanic people brown? i never in my life heard somebody call hispanics brown

yes. many people in europe hate foreigners. black or white it dosen't matter. if you are a foreigner some people will hate you and some will try to take advantage of you. even if you are white more people will hate you than love you. it is what it is. it's a cold world. we even hate our own family members so don't expect strangers to be kind to you.

and sometimes this hate is justified because many foreigners don't know nothing about respect.

First of all, i think you will find racism everywhere in the world in some type of way. People tend to categorize themselves and 'the other'.

Then bout Europe: Most of the black people in European countries from old colonies and African refugees. There is definately a lot of racism against black people, but it's more hidden and sneaky. Violence is much rarer (for now). People will be less racist in your face, and more behind your back here in Europe compared to the USA, it seems

This is purely a feeling, i don't know if it's completely true, but it indeed seems to be the case that people from the Middle East have to deal with racism more than black people in Europe. It has a lot to do with islam, a cultural clash, while most black people from colonies kinda made the existing culture of the country they live in their own (def not completely tho)

Most Western European countries multicultural, and while there is racism, people can def express their own culture if you know what i mean. It's not that they go up in the primary culture of the country completely. Many European countries have a way bigger modern left wing too, which is usually more open to other cultures than white conservatives (which dominate the US)

Eastern Europe is another beast where there is barely any diversity. Neo-nazism is bigger too. Same for southern Europe. Italy, a beautiful country btw, is the cradle of fascism. They also have to deal with more African refugees, and theres a lot of xenophobia. I honestly don't know how bad those Africans had it in their own country, but as a refugee it's hard to live in countries like Greece, Italy, France (Turkey too if we count them). It's not for nothing most refugees cluster in the wealthier Western European countries (who still have a lot racists but def less than in the east/south)

i don't want to get ahead of myself, that's a bold claim after all. in the very least i would agree most of the US is far less xenophobic as a whole than most other countries. eastern europe is probably like the most xenophobic place in the planet. middle east & south asia are bad too but for a lot different reasons.
