    Just kidding probably wouldn’t get the results you received but I gotta slam three monsters to get going. It’s so hard for me to begin without caffeine. And it wasn’t always like that for me. There was a time when one enough then it wasn’t then two was enough until it wasn’t. Might start four soon.

    How you feel when someone returns something for whatever reason?
    Went to this new southern place. The food ain’t have no seasoning whatsoever. It was like eating boiled potatoes

    When I was new and thought I new everything it did get me butt hurt but now I just remake it most likely cuz it’s my fault. I look at it this way: we get so much orders right of course we’ll get some wrong. There’s so many moving variables while cooking it amazing how the really talented cooks and chefs remain consistent quality wise.

    I cook but I’m always worried about seasoning or just over/under cooking but you guys do it perfectly everyday.

    Have you noticed your place cutting back on menu items/changing up ingredients/portions cause of the pandemic?

    Yes I’ve had heard that some restaurants are doing this to cut their food cost, food is actually getting hella expensive and it’s getting harder to generate profit. But we haven’t had to resort to these measures, we’re doing pretty good.
