    My nigga I sometimes water fast for 4 days and am perfectly fine

    eating around the clock like people do actually makes you more tired too

    digestion takes a lot of energy

    I’m glad I’ve seen the light on this. Motherfuckers don’t need three whole ass meals a day. One big ass one in the middle of the day has me content. Maybe something light a few hours later. Give yourself an eight hour window and you’re solid.

    normally you should at least be eating something 2 times a day a few hours apart at some point, most people agree that a 20 hour fasting window is fine. obviously this advice depends on who you talk to

    but no fasting doesn't mean you have an eating disorder people have fasted forever

    there is no reason to be eating 3 meals and 3 snakes like most people lol
