    Are you still getting all your calories each day? Then no, it's not a disorder, you're just practicing discipline and if it's working for you then keep doing it. I fast once in a while, feels great on occasion.

    ive noticed there’s a huge gap between people who work out and people who dont

    my parents used to think i was insane for skipping breakfast and going to the gym 4 times a week

    now i just try to not talk to them about it

    I’ve been on one meal a day for a year. Zero issues with energy at work, in fact I have more energy from not digesting anything until I get home lol
