Back in the early 2010s Nolan’s The Dark Knight was considering the magnum opus of superhero comic book film adaptations, but it’s 2022 and so many superhero films have shook the table. So for all my superhero film fans, I just wanted to know if y’all still considered The Dark Knight to be the greatest superhero film ever made, and if not, what dethroned it?
yes and don't let anyone tell you other wise
The Dark Knight has 41 more days at the top
Until
Feel hype gets too big, can only fail w these expectations
Why everyone banking so much on this new movie? Y’all really think it’s gonna be that good fr?

It's decades of material coming from this
It's great objectively but personally besides Begins the Nolan films don't hit like before for me

Agreed
Dark knight aged so well precisely because it can stand its ground just as a crime action drama movie, not just as a superhero movie
Agreed
Batman Begins prolly the most visually interesting of the trilogy it feels so crazy

I don’t get it either.
People are acting like this new Batman will be good because of Pattison like TDK was good only because of Bale, when in reality, the Batman role had little to do with why The Dark Knight is a classic.
