tomorrow volversehe's a legend for his era but misses the mark for GOAT status as a solo artist
I think he's a goat Holistically in terms of the sound he pioneered, all the deep cuts (Church of Low Battery) and his sparse hits, and the songs he gave away like Work & Wild Thoughts, and S tier collabs like Members Only & Preach.
I think if you're a fan of PND and his sound, there's a case for calling him a GOAT
