So you're just taking a bunch of s*** and combining it and pretending it can be applied to 21st century America
it's not "a bunch of s***".
they are all theories on socialism and all apply to different stages of socialism.
Americas means of production are financial which means mutual aid is even less potent of an organizational tool than ever before
exploitation Is higher than ever and productive labor is at a low so the only way forward is to actually organize and prove your interest in other people’s economic labor than to go have a neighborhood cookout with what little wages you make
Stupid ass OP
NO YOU DONT
Mutual Aid > Organized communities > organized labor > dual power > armed revolution
seems like a pretty clear blueprint

How does Mutual aid organize a community
And how does an organized community organize labor? Does everyone just work at the same place ?
How come the only words you’re using itt are the ones me and Synopsis have used previously ?

imagine thinking spending wages neighborhood cookout is the only possible way to do mutual aid. maybe you need to read more theory.
you know people can like, grow food, right?
A communal farm feeding the populace building a solid foundation is good example of mutual aid
Yes the water, land, electricity etc still have to be paid for to private entities but it’s a community of people relying on each other
A community that can democratically achieve their goals

the only words? the only thing you guys brought up first was dual power which wasn't even a part of what I was saying at the time because we were talking about the first step (mutual aid) until you both started flailing.
or do you think you have a patent on the term organized labor.
Mutual Aid organizes a community by making neighbors in the community dependent on each other. An organized community is step for widespread organized labor, as locals work together to organize jobs in their area and defend each other if necessary.
All this emphasis on mutual aid is weird
Organize around what actually threatens capital
GOAT PRESIDENT
HE’S ONLY HATED BECAUSE OF MAGA WHITE SUPREMACISTS
HE’S BEEN AMAZING REGARDLESS OF WHAT AMERICA’S HITLER F***ED UP THE TERM BEFORE

Mutual aid is a step towards that. Once people’s problems start getting solved they will question what was causing the problems in the first place.
And it’s not weird, there’s a ton of theory that reconciles mutual aid with Marxism. It’s an organizing tool and a outreach tool.

The emphasis is way too much. Why not focus on labor and tenant unions for example? That actually strengthens workers power

Because of the skepticism for unions in America.
Which is why fostering community development is an important step in changing the attitude towards those.

I don't really think there's that much skepticism toward unions in the US. Polls consistently show 60-75% approval of unions regardless of party affiliation or demographic, and also regardless of party in power. The only time this opinion dipped was the mid-late 00s esp. during the recession, where unions were being blamed for domestic labor issues and the recession early on. However that perception didn't last as labor union approval almost immediatedly went back up and has been steadily increasing since then. If anything, unions were more popular when the US was more conservative. WW2 and post-war era US approval of unions was consistently like 80%.

Blanket union approval is a lot different than supporting the actual role unions play tho. A lot of the people who would say they support a union wouldn’t support a strike.

I think it depends on the union. Support for the amazon strike was pretty high because of how negative of a perception there is against amazon as a company - even if among right wing people they just don't like amazon because it's "woke" or "globalist" as opposed to exploitative. By comparison, yeah, people got pissed about flight unions because "how am i supposed to make my flight now?". A lot of it does depend on context though. Public sector unions (police, teachers) are also polarizing for good reason separately. A lot of how/why unions are supported tends to have more to do with social packaging than economics in the US, which I'm sure you'd agree on.

Absolutely. Which is why I think organizing a community is an important first step to changing the social perception of unions.
There is a culture of selfishness in the US (spawned by capitalism and “competition”) that needs to be eroded before we can truly organize

Dramatically outperformed my expectations. Thought he’d just he’d be a paper Tiger and essentially a stool for Kamala to rise into a potential candidate
In less than two years Based Brandon's accomplished more than any president in the past 80 years:
truly was the man for the job all along
I think I speak for us all when I say "Let's Go Brandon!"
EDIT:
Most of the relevant ones are covid related including the "added 6.5 million jobs" and a lot of these don't actually mean anything.
he’s a step in the right direction
america is so in the gutter y’all need at least another 50 years
