I don't hate or envy the kid himself, but I think it's pretty disingenuous when people say he got to where he is solely through hard work or charisma. He did put in work, but he probably benefited a ton from connections.
Attention is a commodity and in my opinion he's taking attention away, through underhanded competition, from kids who are really trying to rap because they didn't have other options. Also the racial fetishizing in his marketing makes me uncomfortable

I don't hate Jack and if people want to like him, that's cool. This is just some s*** I heard about and I don't like it when people act like people who aren't self-made, are self-made. It's about an overall myth and he just happens to be an example of it.
