you can literally see this in America where often factories,landfills, even cop training cities, noise polluition often get thrust onto marginalized communities who often don't have a say at the local level which usually end up getting dominanted by the local bourgeousie (often white people)

You can look at Atlanta where they are building Cop City in a forest that is right next to a black community, guess how many black people actually was consulted, much less agreed to the proejct?
