Maximusa classic, near flawless to me and the hate it received was very reactionary and expected due to the religious theme and the solid chunk of his fanbase formed of edgy teens
There are so many almost good ideas that he wasn’t even remotely close to finishing.

There are obvious musical shortcomings but for the reasons listed above I don't rank it last in his discography.

that whole era was beautiful from start to finish, the Coachella, the sunday service, the listening parties.
