Man when I read this in the manga I was conflicted. I didn’t know whether I actually liked the ending, but I definitely was a bit melancholic about its ending. Some tears were shed. It’s since become my favorite part of the series.

I feel like for most ppl who were dismissive about the manga, didn’t really connect to the Prison Gang like they did with other leading parts. I think the “others” and the villain goes a longgg way towards affecting how people view a part

Yeah, same here. I currently own the Berserk Deluxe volumes, and imo, SBR is the only other manga that’s worth having a physical copy of.
