I think i like the idea of a bunch of those things living in the clouds of the NOPE universe for quite some time and Emerald/OJ just happen to figure one of them out. You could look at the Bible verse from the beginning and say the monster was a fallen angel but in context of the film,its hard to prove

not sure what you mean by the first part, all I know from what I've pieced together online the Gordy chapter of the movie originally started like this

We start in the home of Michael R Busch's character Nobody, who is shown to be an obsessive fan of Gordy's Home with big pedophile vibes. He's particularly obsessed with the young female lead and has built dioramas of the house sets that he fills with crabs. Nobody takes a gun with him to the studio taping where, unbeknownst to him, the monkey attack is happening and it's assumed he went here to kill the girl he's obsessed with. He happily walks through a crowd of audience members escaping the massacre and makes his way to the set, where he sees that the monkey has disfigured his target and killed most of the cast. He shoots Gordy as the monkey fist-bumps young Steven Yuen and somebody thanks him for it

thats crazy I think they realized the scene would be way more brutal if people had to imagine what was happening by listening to the attacks,then seeing the cast mangled,plus,the character was literally called Nobody lol,that plot really didn't matter but it would've been interesting to interpret,it was definitely "a bad miracle"

Who cares if it can be proven? It's just an interesting angle to view the movie with. I agree, I think there are more UAPs. What are the odds of only one being here over Agua Dulce?

theres definitely more out there living in the clouds in barren places tbh. It doesn't like attention or to be stared at so,them being in big cities are automatically ruled out. But who knows,pretty possible theres different types of UAPs around. And,it doesn't matter if it can be proved or not and it is interesting take,its just that people will take the angel theory and flip the movie into something its not
