Well yeah season 3 needed set up since they had to recruit fighters and explain the rules for the new arc. Season 3 we’ve had 4 episodes which would be in the top 8 episodes of season 2. Some which would be top 5 so far.

We’ve actually gotten pretty quickly here. They had to recruit Hakari and have Maki go back to the Zenin estate and we are already in the actual meat as of this episode. (Which is why the episodes are being named after colonies now)

Holy f*** one of the series best episodes for a top 3 character of the story. This episode elevated the manga to the stratosphere. Loved the compositing, the sound direction, the camera work, everything really. Im happy the staff is full of higuruma fans

Tbh this series generally needs more setup and character exploration so im not mad AT ALL about episodes like these
