The Mars Volta (I really like Frances The Mute and De-Loused in the Comatorium)

I listened to that one armed scissor song, it made me so nostalgic like it reminds me of late 90s early 2000s era so much

I never knew anything about the actual artists/genres the sound is so familiar tho

i listened to the new underoath album today... it actually isnt that bad for what it is... its got some gems, but you cant go in expecting the old UO, plus they got the first song that they swear in

I saw that they are still going. Unfortunately, most of this music was a time & place for me. I cant take it seriously anymore.

I mean, I still like s*** like Shoegaze but emo, screamo and most metal just makes me either depressed or want to kill something. 😂

Dont get me wrong, i obviously still have love for all this music but it just dont hit how it used to (for me).

But then again, in the same breath, I still LOVE s*** like NFG, Blink, Billie Talent,Thursday, etc cuz it takes me back to that time where this stuff was all I liked. Skateboarding, stealing from the mall, getting suspended...lmao...good times.
