Used to be like this when I was younger once u get to the point where u stop caring bout how others percieve u and every move u make, u worry less bout being "strategic" with ur actions and more or less be yourself and comfortable who u are
Honestly more human interactions and experiences pretty much does the trick
Cool, I hope that helped.
Another pointer; in conversation with others, attempt to take an interest in who they are and the things they have to say. Probably seems pointless (or at least it did to me at one point), but it helps a lot with socializing and carrying a conversation.
Best of luck.
On that note I'd recommend engaging with several "basic" interests, even if you're not that passionate about them. It sounds fake but it's so much easier to talk about stuff
@OP, this is proof enough that you're inadequate, couldn't even do you pp right.
Op please get rid of the word "inadequate" from the title. That is not what you are
Sorry to hear that

Most people who are loud with huge personalities are the most depressed/lonely people in the room. Just be your own best friend tbh
Cards against humanity is wack anyway
Do what makes you happy and learn to love the person you see in the mirror
