It really aint, forums pretty much the last pure form of communication on the internet. Its a forum based on rap music so ofc its gonna be younger people who think similarly but it def aint an echo chamber, how many arguments you see on here a day?
in the politics theead it is an echo chamber not on the whole site obviously
how much harder?
need background checks, regulate what weapons you can have, lock it up in a safe etc
i also think mandatory military service or at least people learning how to use gun responsibly is important
The whole point of the 2nd amendment was to combat an oppressive government that looks to violate the constitution
That kinda goes out the window when the government could launch a missile into your house from a satellite...
Also goes out the window when a decent portion of the people that tout that aspect end up taking side with said oppressive government forces anyway

nope defeats the whole point of having a gun
also they already regulate what u can have
constitution is about "slavery" but they forgot we got rid of em under the 13th amendment and other two lmao
literally a paper that updates like an operating system or a software
nope defeats the whole point of having a gun
also they already regulate what u can have
then i dont agree with you
thats fine i might have different opinion if i lived in the hood but living in the suburbs in Australia never felt threatened or needed gun in my life

australia is way different then usa lmao. u almost cant speak on gun rights in usa because its so different
the 2nd amendment is integral to Americans' ability to oppose tyranny in their own country, and a well regulated people's militia should be formed and citizens should be able to arm themselves to the highest hypothetical degree. my own support for this goes hand in hand with what Karl Marx said about the working class needing to maintain the ability to bear arms.
The main issue with the amendment is how vague it is and the consequences its led to today. It is far too easy to get a gun and there have to be far more background checks and mental health checks in place to prevent people with hateful or mentally ill backgrounds from getting guns and misusing them.
all sites are bias if you think otherwise ur crazy
didn't say that at all, but there definitely sources with less bias and more trustworthy lol
if you think the govt would bomb its people ur crazy. no point of govt if everyone is dead
ur a good 100 years late

i wouldn't be against mental health checks if its a clear criteria same with background checks

i am just talking from statistics just remember many of these countries allowed countries to arm themselves until major massacres which killed countless people
Switzerland has gun culture and has basically zero deaths because they teach kids how to use a weapon properly and safely i watched bbc thing on it
when has usa bombed its own people?
Battle of Blair Mountain (1921)
MOVE Rowhouse Bombings (1985)
Anwar al-Awlaki and his 16 yr old son Abdulrahman (2011)
america is werid country so idk what to say apart from media and some statistics but personally im anti gun

i dont think bombing your own citizens is gonna garner you much support in a widespread insurrection no matter what kinda bombs you use. And this administration is definitely one that i wouldnt hold anything past
regardless: Bikini Atoll nuclear testing (1950's)

I think usa is too deep to ban guns because criminals will still get them and people will still have them there enough guns in american to give everyone more than one
