@fader is most definitely a @shaleirose alt

Aw, f*** me, I just made the whole connection
It can be his main motivation while simultaneously not feeling the need to resort to extraneous tactics.
1. He doesn’t do those because he’s never needed to, he sells well regardless because he is the King of Streaming
2. His team is way too inept to ever successfully pull off a mass bundle/physical run, every time in the last 5 years they’ve tried to do physicals they either get delayed or outright cancelled.
3. He doesn’t have the fanbase that engages in pure sales and merch sales; most of his fanbase is totally content with only streaming his music
The "his team can't pull together bundles/physicals" narrative is always funny because
1. They helped create the most successful rapper ever based on most metrics, you saying they can't get a company to print albums?
2. Drake is friends with Travis Scott. You don't think it's easy enough to make phone calls to replicate his bundling tactics for himself?
It's not rocket science to post bundles to DrakeRelated, a site that has more work put in it than most artist merch sites already
They haven't pulled it together cause they don't really want to
It's very obvious that a lot of the disdain y'all have for Drake is just because he has remained commercially successful his entire career. I don't know why anyone who be so angered by that but y'all are f***ing weirdos when it comes to Drake so I guess I shouldn't be that surprised.
Y’all always boil down any criticism of Drake to jealousy
Nobody’s mad that the nigga is successful still, but we don’t have to sit here and lie about what his artistic intentions have been for the past 8 years
Nigga, hush. You're saying this because he brags about his success from time to time (something ALL successful rappers do). That doesn't mean he views numbers as his main goal. That's something you made up all on your own.
No, it’s something the nigga has told us for two decades

Don't use the n word so much it's divisive

Have you not kept up with Drake’s attempt at physicals post-Scorpion?
It’s been a literal s***show every single time, I can explain if you need me to

We just calling a spade a spade u weird b**** lol. A hater gonna get called a hater and an alt gonna get called an alt
Like how are u gonna take someone flexing their s***, as that being their main motivation and not caring about the craft lol

I know what happened
But I find it hard to believe Drake can't get a company to print vinyls if he really cared for it to happen
I guess if a basketball player flexes his accolades such as mvps and ppg, that’s all he cares about and he doesn’t actually care about the sport lol

Jay Z was Mister Numbers but nobody ever accuses him of not caring about songs/rap lolz
I wish that I was playin' in a sport where we were gettin' rings
I wouldn't have space on either hand for anything

Jay Z has definitely been accused of that before, y’all just exposing your ignorance
10 years ago when he leaked Marvins Room before release lmao
The overreaction is crazy

On a mass level, pea brain
That wasn't ever the narrative surrounding him releasing music

From 2009 to 2015, he had one project that was 20+ tracks, and it was the deluxe version of Take Care with two bonus songs added onto it.
Since 2016, 5/8 of the projects he’s dropped have been well over 20+ tracks, with various styles and sounds spread out all over those tracklists.
You can’t tell me that’s not a calculated attempt to maximize numbers. He even said he feels the need to cater to all of these different sections of his fanbases, and that’s why we keep getting these bloated, scattershot projects from him nowadays
Few things wrong in this post
So Far Gone, Take Care and IYRTITL were all close to 20 songs. He didn't just start doing those with Views lmao
And Dark Lane, Honestly Nevermind and Her Loss were not bloated
They're all 14 songs like NWTS with the exception of Her Loss that has solo songs from both Drake and 21
That's 3 out of the 5 projects he dropped after Scorpion
