serenadei'm not a fan of this one but him repeatedly looping donda saying "no matter what, never abandon your family" over him crying in agony about kim leaving him is the most fascinated by an artistic decision he's made in a while. it's hard to tell if he was intentionally trying to make himself seem overbearing and manipulative or if that's just how he really is lol.

For sure, but here it feels like he straight-up decided to make an album on a whim last week and booked out stadiums etc before he really knew what to do with it
That seems to be his creative process now he’ll work on something for months and then scrap it cause it doesnt fit his energy at the moment
Then he gets all hyped about it and dont realize it’s far from finished

MalcolmWith his album named Donda he should have made this entire album about his losses; loss in faith, loss of his marriage, loss of his public image, loss of his mental health, loss of his mother etc. Instead we're getting a JIK 2.0. That song could have been the start of something amazing.
yeah as uncomfortable as it is, i appreciate how raw and emotional it is. it seems like he wanted to make an album like that but either consciously decided to not play those songs tonight or just didn't think it would be worth it to cause that much tension between him and his family. if it's the latter then so be it but this album is seriously lacking a central theme and purpose without those songs.
