It could but imo it’s unlikely in this musical context. Even Never Your Abandon Your Family comes off very group project and not personal in the finished version, the words don’t hit at all, my brain doesn’t believe that a real person is speaking
Like maybe if you really wanted to make a 444 but weren’t capable of it yourself and got a bunch of people for that specific purpose of making an album that fools people into thinking it’s introspective and thoughtful, you could come close but I think generally people can tell if something is real or not
