There was a side quests I found with cumans in the starting town and ended up getting sloppy drunk with them. One of the guys fell asleep as we went to go get more alcohol and Iooted hin for free plate armor and a good early game sword.

Got real lucky. Was having a s*** time before that

I haven’t even made it to the town yet, I’m still around the village you start in, making my way to go pick up Mutt. Or you can find cumans in that small starting village?

The small starting village. I did very little of the blacksmith quest for a free bed and maybe one other side quests. Went back to where we started the fight and apologized and rolled with it from there. You can side with the cumans or towns people. The cumans were surprisingly chill so I just tried to play peacemaker and went back to drink with them when they asked.

The place you go to is somewhat close to the dog.

I have weird situation on that quest when trying to find more alkohol i found my dog and big pack of Wolf and got killed because im drunk and cant fight 10/10

Must admit game is harder than first one im terms of skill checks

I have passed 1 out of 15 speech checks

Went too far. It's hard to see because your drunk. But there's like a rock formation right past the dog and you find the alcohol in a bag in there. It's a secret hiding place.

Also rob the guy for free armor and sword

So game is around 200 hours?

8 hours in and i do maybe two quest and didnt even find a horse

But stołen horse will still be stołen horse i guess

It’s a direct sequel but you don’t need to play 1. The intro to 2 basically recaps everything you need to know.

has combat been changed at all? i remember enjoying the world and vibe of the first game but i never really got a hang of the combat and eventually ended up dropping it because of that

yeah holy s*** the sword combat is f***ing ass cheeks, it’s brutally hard and long and not fun and then you get gear and it becomes easy and meaningless

but using the bow is fun

15 hours in and didnt touch aby main quest yet

damn gonna have to replay the entire game now to get platinum because I ate one piece of meat in the early game
