Idk why Drake didnt do his classics. Would make more sense considering Ye did it (also cause he cant remember Donda lyrics lol)
God's Plan
Jumpman
HOWG
Marvins Room
Forever
Something like that wouldve been enough
If he had done that, y'all would have turned it into a Verzus which isn't what the show was about. Even as he didn't perform his biggest hits, people still found a way to make it a competition to further their Kanye > Drake debates.
Genuinely disagree, CLB has plenty of good songs
The narrative that the album is underwhelming is based on the sentiment that Drake did not “push the envelope” or “change things up”
It is a very good Drake album, you guys are just never happy
Drake knows this too, which is why he does almost little to no promo for it. No point discussing something that is going unappreciated. The masses will grow to love it with time just like his other projects and then the section will be flooded with “CLB underrated” posts. This s*** is rinse and repeat but you guys stay baffoooning
damn people are just now realizing that drake sucks?
He still a GOAT don’t get it twisted.
Drake doing 24 was magic
Yeah, probably my favorite overall moment of last night's performance tbh.

Rick Ross and Pusha T can give them the same albums their entire careers but Drake should make a completely different album every single time he drops. Just more reason for niggas to complain.

Yeah realistically speaking Ye has the better hits and stans would make it a verzus
But personally i wouldve liked it more that way. Both new tracks or both classics. Fits better imo

S*** was amazing. It even made me think Drake should dabble in that type of genre lol
You're a bumbling buffoon comparing 10-14 year old songs that are some of his Kanye's best songs to songs that are barely 3 months old.
The 3 month kanye ones hit better too so what’s your argument there

At the very least, drop an official CDQ recording
Comparing classic Kanye songs to CLB deep cuts lol. You might be right but last night shouldn’t be any indication.
Deep cuts lmfao. Every single song he did got a star next to it on Apple Music. He literally chose the biggest songs lol
Never seen people this pressed he did relatively new songs than songs from 2018 and before.

Deep cuts?? He played the biggest songs on there what are you on

Drake didn't want that, what don't y'all get? This is why y'all never get anything. Everything has to be a f***ing competition. The man went there to perform some CLB songs and dip and he did just that. Any other expectations you had are your fault, not his. He was always marketed as a guest and it was always marketed as a Kanye show.
Niggas can't even just enjoy two of them on stage performing songs. It has to devolve into a debate on who has the better songs and whose songs hit harder. Y'all are the f***ing worst.
not really buying the "he was a guest" thing cause this s*** been in the talks for some time now & they've had rehearsal and you telling he still didn't pick his best s*** throughout his discog?
The 3 month kanye ones hit better too so what’s your argument there
The Kanye song off Donda that the most was 24 and that's because Drake performed it lmao.

Think its because Ross and Push are more seen as old school rappers and Drake an artist like Ye who does that s*** all the time
Fans and stans like comparing artists. Since this a Ye fan site people are gon compare his peers to him and expect the same. Think its something like that. I feel Drake already did that in the beginning of his career tho, now he's just freewheeling
Deep cuts?? He played the biggest songs on there what are you on
IMY2 , you can call it a "deep cut" .
The rest are the "hits" , he forgot fair trade tho
the problem is kanye set a standard with playing hits and drake brings out new s*** like wtf was he thinking

He didn't want to perform his best songs, period. He has a brand new album he hasn't performed yet and he chose to perform songs off that album, including some other songs from this year and last year which he also never got the chance to perform. How hard is that for you to get?
