Cole and Kendrick really out here telling the world they cheat on their BM’s and they stick around.
reminds me of Tom and Shiv
Purple Hearts was my least fav one easily
I fw every other song
Not a huge fan of Summer Walker in general tbh. I wonder why he didnt get SZA
ehhhhh
i want him to talk to some s*** to rappers
he past that. all the rappers keep dying and getting arrested
shit is f***ed up in these streets, why the hell would I think about some rap beef (RIP Fredo)
Loyalty love and god def are not lmao
Even DNA has a message it's not just a hype song
Humble is tho
Lmao a song can have a message and still be a hype song. Example: No Role Modelz
Loyalty, Love, and God are definitely hype songs
mr morale so hard it sounds like some s*** off tron
Not a huge fan of Summer Walker in general tbh. I wonder why he didnt get SZA
Yeah fr
Song sounds generic to me even kendricks part didnt hit me but imma keep listening
we need more s*** like LUST and Mr Morale
trippy and futuristic kendrick>>>>>
lust beat is next level
If in the first act you have hung a pistol on the wall, then in the following one it should be fired. Otherwise don't put it there
I don’t know why but I feel 18 track is not enough for me narrative story. When I listen to his album for the first time. I feel that I’m at play watching his broadway show base on his personal story that he share but some odd reason when reaching closure at the end is kinda feel weak to me.

Boring
other way around
idk
Count on Me and Savior are
cool
I’m so divide on Auntie Diaries
Mr Morale and Mirrors feel way too much like Gambino songs, but at least the album they take inspiration from (3.15.20) is executed better than the ripped songs
Mother I sober is fantastic
Silent Hill is fine, great production
I just don’t know why he would come out of the gate with a song like Heart Part 5 that is so lyrically dense and speaking on so many issues with such potency
And then have this album essentially be “I’m not your savior or your leader” it just feels counter-intuitive
He should've cut most of these songs and did a 4:44 with a HOV and Drake verse
I'm kidding this s*** is pretty cool
Yeah fr
Song sounds generic to me even kendricks part didnt hit me but imma keep listening
For a double album, 18 tracks, if thats the only miss then aint that bad
Hmm i mean idk if it's really that or rather that leaders that actually were trying to change s*** just all got assasinated and no organizations been able to get off the ground since then but i know what you mean tho
I just think kendrick thought that art and a message in and of itself could have more impact than it really could
Ive read two different narratives about TPAB itt
1) it wasn't even a political album, it was more about himself and his environnement and touched on socio-economo-political issues
2) kdot thought he could have major impact with that album's message
what was TPAB message in your opinion?
