FriesEven though Auntie Diaries is extremely clumsy at points, the message is obviously good, it was just a relief that the stuff 'they were gonna kill him for' wasn't an actually transphobic viewpoint, first bar had me very nervous
And yet, this fuels more confusion: even Genius says "a song about Kendrick's trans aunt". The song works perfectly if it's about a gay relative (because I don't believe this is a real story, so he could have crafted it differently).

I was shocked Prayer didnāt make it. Especially after The Heart Part 5, the songs are so similar I thought it would for sure be on the album.
I was happy the rest of the leaks evolved to what landed on the album. I hated the Somebody leak, Kendrick complaining āI wish I was somebody, anybody but myselfā didnāt do it for me, but the female vocals on Mother I Sober works perfectly well
