I have The Power of Now and A New Earth. The Power of Now was cool. Just talks about the importance of staying in the present moment because that’s where peace and bliss exist. Dwelling too much on the past or thinking too much about the future causes depression and anxiety. I’m oversimplifying but that’s basically what I remember from it. Haven’t gotten to the other yet.
