High School Musical: The Musical: The Series

I only saw High School Musical like one time when I was a kid and didn’t even like it. I think I’ve seen High School Musical 2 more times than the original, but I gotta say I’m having fun with this. The mockumentary style and the fact that all the signing only takes place within the context of rehearsals and stage performances makes it more of a comedy than a musical or teen drama series. And these kids execute the comedy well. This was actually a creative way of making a new series out of an old Disney property.

Disney+ got another one.

I’ll have to look up some review of that I never watched that show, but it has to be really bad to top the cop out non sense absurd hypocrite ending of Lost

Didn't really have much of an issue with the Lost finale. It wasn't good, it just was. But Dexter, that show really went to s*** with the ending and some of the other subplots they threw in the last few seasons.

WHAT?! you wylin for this one bro, they always pushed their show as not science fiction but a new genre of science fact, and sure it got weird from season 1 to 5 but they denied they would ever do any purgatory ending which was always a fan theory and they did it was the cheapest easy way out there was no effort and an epilogue episode to explain s*** like the bird that flies by saying Hurley just happens to do because that’s all he says, Hurley, and it was just a coincidence??!! that’s like, I’ve never seen else in my entire life a more f*** you s*** than this lmao

Tbh I binge watched it a few years after it ended and with hearing everyone say the ending was s*** I guess my expectations were tempered + I didn't read anything else about it before diving in. Cared more for the characters than the mystery at the end of the ride but they could've handled all of it a bit better, yeah.

the island and everything that happened on it was real, the ending is them just meeting up in the "afterlife" after all of them have died, in case you were thinking it all didn't happen. Seen a lot of people think that. But yeah, I can see how it'd be lackluster, especially for people that watched it live and had built up huge expectations by the finale. Wasn't particularly good as I said, but I've seen way worse s***

That's one that was pretty disappointing. Heroes, Weeds, GoT for a recent one. Walking dead for whatever season I quit on but I guess that's technically not a series finale. Seinfeld finale was pretty weak too.
