make sure you don’t do this during the test though
I thought I updated the op but I guess not I passed about a week ago haha
test was dumb easy though idk why I was so stressed about it

How many lessons would you say are enough. Around me it’s $500 for 10 lessons I don’t really wanna spend more than that
my mum out here buying 2 cars and im just broke as s*** can't even afford one and failed my license test two times >_<
actually have my license now and just bought a car yesterday. it's definitely still anxiety-inducing for me but nowhere near as bad as it was at first. with that being said, it's also a lot easier than I expected and I wish I did it a long time ago
Lol my bad, didn’t realize this was from a few months ago. But congrats! And no worries, I felt the exact same way...was nice to have my friends drive me around but end of the day that’s no way to live so we definitely made the right decision
Next up is highway driving you got this
I didn’t get my license until I was 21
I got it so late because well.... I didn’t need it. If I needed to go somewhere, my parents drove me or had homies who drove. And my girl drove so she took me everywhere
But then me and my girl had a BAD break up so 2 months later.... got a license, car and a job and well that was it

oh good for you my g! enjoy the road & stay safe, assume everyone else is an idiot.

I was probably test-ready around the 15th lesson but there was a huge gap between then and my test date so I just took another 5 leading up to my test to be safe. It was like the same price for me.
The testing site I took it at was waaaay easy though, I just left the rmv, went off the main road, did some stuff on back streets and then looped back to the rmv. Look around the rmvs near you to see which one has the best test. I’ve heard driving schools sometimes offer tests through the school itself but mine wasn’t doing that.
The honest to god hard part about driving is paying attention to signs and reacting to dumb decisions by other drivers
Damn I thought I was a bum
Niggas out here with no drivers license until damn near 30 🧐😂
its kinda crazy people can go from never driving a car to having a license within just over 2 months
Congrats OP

this is encouraging
I tried learning at 17 but I pussied out cus I couldn't back up the car or sumn can't remember but that was 7 years ago

my comment was actually from the angle of it being a bit odd considering I had to practice with my dad for 2 years before getting mine, but at the same time there's people on the road with 10/20/30+ years of experience that still do stupid s*** far worse than brand new drivers
I also learned at 23. I was super nervous during my first drive but it went ok. Then you just start getting better. It's not hard, you just gotta focus on the car and the road. Keep it simple
