    SYNOPSIS

    Adapted from the novel, "Bones & All" by Camille DeAngelis

    a story of "first love between Maren, a young woman learning how to survive on the margins of society, and Lee, an intense and disenfranchised drifter, as they meet and join together for a thousand-mile odyssey which takes them through the back roads, hidden passages, and trap doors of Ronald Reagan’s America. But despite their best efforts, all roads lead back to their terrifying pasts and to a final stand, which will determine whether their love can survive their otherness."

    UPDATE (7/25) : It's a Wrap in Columbus

    Film crews were in town Wednesday at the Greyhound bus terminal on 111 E. Town Street.
    On Wednesday night, the film crew worked on a scene that took place at the bus station. That day was the last day of shooting for the six-week production, which also filmed scenes in Cincinnati and northern Kentucky.

    The film will shoot across the region through mid-July.

    "Our local crews are back to work in Cincinnati on feature films and we couldn't be happier," said Kristen Schlotman, executive director of Film Cincinnati. "This will be Guadagnino's first film to be made on American soil and we’re honored to have it right here in our region."

    you say bloats the length i say expands on the mythology, tbh every remake or reimagining should be that way but to each is own, arguing about it wont get us anywhere

    i mean I agree remakes or reimaginings should do that, but all these attempts feel meaningless or just insignificant bloating when at the end of the day its still the exact same story being told. All those additional details just felt like s*** that the original already subtly hinted at or things you could infer anyway.

    suspiria a completly different movie than the og, just look at how the protagonist is positioned in both
