Rostrum and macs contract ending was announced January 2014. Based off og files a lot of the Balloonerism sessions come from march of 2014. Way after rostrums deal and Mac was completely independent.

Reality of it is it’s just another project that got scrapped for the project he decided to release. Nothing crazy like that I don’t think.

That’s a crazy turnaround to Faces but it makes sense with some songs appearing on it. You can def hear how he took a lot of the psychedelic influence on it for Faces

I like the new alt cover more honestly, the one that’s like homage to this one and the OG

Am I out of touch or is 60 for the vinyl record a complete f***ing joke?

The last 5 records I got were 20 or less, though 1xLP

Also it doesn't seem to be posted here but someone scrubbed the meta data and the whole thing was made in under 2 weeks, might have been 1 week

14 tracks on the Apple Music page, the original leak had 16 tracks but 2 were on Faces. A song called Five Dollar Pony Rides leaked at a later date but it’s from that era and that was the song played in the album trailer, so it’ll probably be pretty close to what leaked
