But the DNA test was inconclusive, they didn’t say his DNA wasn’t found on the gun. They couldn’t confirm whose DNA it was otherwise they would’ve tested for Kelsey’s DNA. I think even though there are a lot of lies on both sides, it’s pretty obvious Tory was the shooter imo

From the reports I seen, the prosecution DNA expert said it was inconclusive. The defense DNA expert said that his DNA just wasn't on the gun and he took far more tests than the prosecution expert.

This is confusing cause why isn’t there one DNA expert who’s unbiased doing these DNA tests. Why are there 2 separate tests lmfao? Either way, just based on all the information we know, I think it’s obvious it was Tory. The texts of him apologizing the night after, him trying to say Kelsey wasn’t the shooter on Instagram but changing his story now, also him spreading that fake Doctor’s note that said Megan wasn’t shot and was cut by glass. When I found out Megan was in fact shot, it shattered any trust I had in Tory. I’d only believe he was innocent if she wasn’t shot but the fact he was spreading that lie, I don’t believe him. I think he was blackout drunk and did something he regretted

Because Akademiks pretty much insinuated he got it from Tory. Akademiks was the one spreading that document. Akademiks also got exclusive audio of the August Alaina fight from Tory when that happened. But please send me any actually compelling evidence that makes Tory innocent. Just based on what we know, it makes no sense for it no to be Tory imo: I think Megan lying about details in the story just made it more complicated but this should be an open and shut case
