From what she said she was team Megan until she saw Megan's story having many inconsistencies, and she's currently being harassed by Megan's team on Twitter

I didn't say it wasn't admitted for evidence, I said it does not have the same weight. Any law student with more than two brain cells would know that a witness delivering a statement months ago and now making a statement that runs contrary to it under oath are a) not worth the same and b) makes what the witness is saying borderline meaningless due to the fact that they're either an unreliable narrator at best or lying at worst.

Light morning of testimony at Tory Lanez trial. Prosecutor recalled an LAPD officer and a DA’s office investigator in order to introduce some body worn camera footage and lyrics to a diss track Kelsey Harris wrote about Megan called “Bussin’ Back.”

The camera footage shows Kelsey ask Megan if she’s “OK,” as they are both being detained after vehicle stop. On cross, Lanez defense attorney kept asking officer if Tory also asked Megan that question or looked distraught or noticed the defendant’s demeanor, she kept saying no.

The prosecution also got permission to enter into evidence the rest of the lyrics to Kelsey's diss track. Earlier in trial, defense attorney asked a question about lyric "Who I'm taking shots at? B****, I'm busting you," obviously trying to paint Kelsey as shooter.

The Bussin Back track involves accusing Meg of lying to the D.A. about things involving Kelsey, but at no point does Kelsey even remotely imply she shot her.

As a result, prosecution was allowed to ask an investigator questions who reviewed the rest of the lyrics. This led to a 25-minute long irritating sparring session between the DAI and defense attorney over what was said in lyrics we could all, like, clearly read on a screen?

the juror, a younger light-skinned Black woman with braided hair and a style of dress that included pink cheetah print pants last week, was asked to stay behind, then she went back into chambers to talk to Judge Herriford.

Other notes: There was an "incident" with a juror, per judge, but was not explained. But I did end up an elevator with Lanez, his security and PR folks today, and that specific juror was in there. I did not see them talking or hear any discussion of the case.

So basically a juror ended up on the same elevator as Tory and someone snitched to the judge.

Judge had a talk with the juror and concluded she can be trusted.
