No mention of Kelsey ever having the gun
Put Kelsey on the stand only for her to admit that she was lying and plead the 5th about her involvement in the shooting. Ridiculous.

The gun from that night was unregistered.
Sean Kelly said he saw two girls fighting. The driver intervene. They eventually got back in the car but Megan was still kicking Kelsey.
Later, Tory got out and was yelling. Sean Kelly claims he saw a muzzle flash and it was closer to the girl. There was still fighting after the gun went off.
Sean Kelly was asked who started the shooting. He replied "the girl". I saw her and everyone was fighting. The bigger guy (Tory's body guard?) violently separated them.
He was asked "did you see the shorter guy with a gun". He replied "he didn't see a gun".
The big girl (Meg?) that got beat up crawled and went across the street.
When Megan crawled to the adjacent driveway, Tory, Quan (Tory's bodyguard), and Kelsey went to Megan and found her in the fetal position. Sean Kelly thought they were going to kill her.
Sean Kelly said he heard the bigger guy (Quan) say "the police is coming". They all got in the car and drove off.
