yea it looks like it because this was a weak case from the beginning.
That's why the prosecution added the third charge on Tory "discharging a firearm with gross negligence." But it looks that charge might not stick either.
The DNA evidence provides doubt alot since Tory's DNA is inconclusive on the gun.
Kelsey going rogue and Meg's bodyguard disappearing makes the prosecution look even worse.
