Kelsey flip flopping to that degree when she knew perjury was a risk and likely logically should have actually been charged with perjury made no sense. Sean Kelly the defense witness saying the defendant committed the crime was surprising. Whole time I believed Meg was shot but she did go back and forth on if she visually saw him shoot her or not so the reasonable doubt that got many was "did tory and kelsey fight over the gun" whose gun was it ? Who the f*** knows. What was the body guard and driver doing during this fight who the f*** knows
This like moral superiority of "I always believed" when many of us were just reacting to information at a trial . In the sense of a trial got to prove it. Was it always likely ? Yes. Did some hope a human being didn't do something so stupid over being insulted about his music ? Yes.

People think that thinking about something based on the information you have is illogical. Will you be right? possibly not but its not about that its about breaking down the thought process. We didn't have access to the jail phone or september testimony. We had Milagro or someone's ass summarizing s*** and Milagro had bias as many warned including Jean Deaux .
The articles written about the case got ads and don't want it to be so cut and dry so it helps them to keep the case arguable. If the Jail phone call doesn't exist and the sober driver said he saw a fight for the gun and that he wasn't sure if meg or tory had the connecting shot then it gets messy
S*** even the fact that Kelsey and Meg stopped being friends after something like that was confusing. Kelsey telling the alleged shooter of her friend what hospital they are at clearly indicates that this was some sort of mistake...
