I'm not too clear on Megan's testimony, but I believe she said she was walking away from the car and Tory hung out the window shooting at her. Why is this different from other testimony?

I mean Tory himself has also casually said that Kelsey didn't shoot her on IG back when all of this was originally being reported. Kelsey's original statements from her hearing have also said that Tory shot her. Meg said Tory shot her.

8. Jury asking definition of Willfully
9. The denial that Meg and Kelsey physically fought even though that is more relevant to the case than sexual history
10. Driver not testifying
11. Meg body guard who Tory allegedly confessed openly to shooting meg disappears
12. Tory Body Guard disappears
13. The stylist friend also painting meg as an angry drunk alluding to a fight
