krishna boundimo theres no way he isnt gonna take a plea deal. not only because everyone else already has basically but because theres literally no way to fight the cascade of charges in a RICO case if others have already taken plea deals and admitted guilt
s*** at this point even if he didn't rent the car in his name he would still be f***ed.

with all due respect to tory and his family, you guys still defending him do realise the things he was charged with: assualt with a semiauto, carrying an unregistered weapon, discharge with gross negligence doesnt mean he shot megan. you can still get a guilty verdict of all those three charges without proving he directly shot her

Yes, the jury came to their verdict based on 40+ pieces of evidence against Tory that was presented in the case.
The only "mess" there seemed to be was from bloggers putting out misinformation.

1: The defendant did an act with a firearm that by its nature would directly and probably result in the application of force on a person.
2: The defendant acted intentionally.
3:When the defendant acted, he or she was aware of facts that would cause a reasonable person to realize that their act would directly and probably result in the application of force to someone
4: AND when the defendant acted, he or she had the present ability to apply force with a firearm.
for the discharge with gross neg:

Nigga if we don't get the 40+ pieces of information or anything close to it of course we are going to call it a mess. Even actual lawyers who are not bloggers or biased were presenting unclear information or incorrect charges.
