hi not taking the plea deal was a dumber decision that actually committing the crime all he had to do was say sorry i was drunk take the deal n move on changed man chris brown type beat but no he berated megan publicly then made a video of him cutting up a horse only to be found guilty his ego really was bigger than him also he got prior offenses and has a history of violence he deserves all the time he gets

Tory also has been caught with illegal firearms in the past and he's an immigrant. He was offered 1 year in a plea deal before trial but declined it and fired the lawyer who advised him to take the deal. He got a new lawyer that gassed his head up to take it to trial and now why he's facing up to 22 years. He'll probably get like 5-10 years but the judge definitely doesn't f*** with him after the stunt he just pulled
