i believe so yes. Peace Walker is like a mobile version of V, but it has low-key a ton of its functions even if they're all menu based. I remember seeing them rolling out MGSV marketing and showing the different features of the game and being so excited - only to play Peace Walker right before V came out and realize how much of the groundwork was being laid already on a PSP game lol.
