only the most annoying people on earth are the ones saying that, we got a small preview that had a npc mission in the tutorial, we have no idea what the full game is really like yet.

It will be criticized for not innovating the subseries enough in a convincing way as the open motorcycle sections and increased NPC focus go against the conventions of Metroid. However the Metroid Prime that we are familiar with is still intact.

Of course I want the score to be higher than my prediction, and to be proven wrong about the lack of meaningful innovations—personally I won’t criticize the game for not reinventing the wheel. I just want an incredible journey by the end of it, and also a solid antagonist who isn’t a typical supervillain if that’s not too much to ask.
