NEW EQUITYYea man I experience this every night. I ride my bike just chilling listening to music and I always realize these subtle racial nuances from people and pass Byers. The other night I got stopped by cops for the first time in my life for not having lights on my bike. They stopped and frisked me.
It's weird being black in this country.

I kid you not from 6th and up it’s like utopia then downtown once you reach 4th st
When I walk/run I go towards downtown cause that’s where the beach is. All this happened between 4th and 2nd. I go on this route every day and this is the first time this s*** has ever happened

S*** is so different in the burbs. It’s never so outright more so people locking they car doors, some dirty looks from the outdoor eating places. Grocery stores here are filled with minority employees so it’s never an issue.
I guess in high school it’s prolly the worst with the teachers.
