If you’re open to critique, I don’t have a strong opinion on whether he’s guilty or innocent but the very first sentence of the “origins of the lawsuit” section comes off pretty biased and unprofessional (I know it’s a forum post but for a poster with your focus it has to be a little more objective). And I’m gonna go back and read it and it could be true, it’s just I feel like as far as writing, you showed your hand a little too much too soon. Saying off top with no context that because it was sealed the person must have been doing a cash grab seems questionable and more like bias than logic.
Of course - thanks for pointing it out.
My reasoning is that filing under seal is done solely for it to not be in public record.
As soon as TMZ discovered it was Wade, (I’d love to know what connections they have), Wade became the vocal “survivor” he is today. He’s even making people pay to watch him talk in his car. Not forgetting the private fund.
Filing under seal directly goes against everything he supposedly stands for as a “voice of the victims”.
