ears must have been clogged or I was just flat out young and dumb...remember listening to this when it dropped and just not being impressed at all...revisited recently and damn was I wrong...very good album
when the ecstatic dropped back in 2009 nobody was talking about it probably because his last projects weren't so good but i felt he returned to form lyrically and had some amazing production. i also discovered georgia anne muldrow on roses and became a fan of her work ever since.

yeah I was one of those ppl who immediately felt the need to compare anything he did to Black on Both Sides and wasn't impressed with New Danger or True Magic so barely gave it a chance...I've seen gone back to listen to those other projects and am kinda slappin myself silly for not picking up on this sooner...I've got one of Georgia's albums on vinyl but didn't know she was on here

The New Danger classic
The New Danger classic
I enjoy it a lot more than I did when I initially heard it back in the day...mostly because my taste in music has expanded...I wanted to only hear Mos on some Black on Both Sides type production/flows so the rock/blues s*** at the time didn't work for me and the more hip-hop oriented tracks didn't work for me...I remember liking Sex, Love & Money and The Beggar but now??? I could listen to Bedstuy Parade & Funeral March on repeat...wish the whole albums was on some blues/rock s*** now lol
Just listened to Auditorium 2 days ago I f***ing love that song
top 5 beat ever
I’d be happy if this was on streaming
one could even say ecstatic
not on the album but this era of Mos
he was collabing the most he had since rawkus days
