drake and it isnt even close. and i dont want to sound like a hater (he's decent at song-making, even though hes been using weak, cheap production the last few years). i do enjoy some of his music. but if we're being honest, he has mid-tier delivery, lyrics are base-level, and a large portion of rap fans consider him the "best rapper"

I can actually understand 2Pac if you talk about him in a technical rapping sense because he was much less complex than his peers, but what made him special IMO was the raw emotion in his music that really moves people

Agree on Travis but everyone knows he's more about aesthetic and production. He's not actually truly talented at rapping. Others aren't overrated.
