I've had to take psychology classes where kids turn feral because their parents just hold them captive and hardly ever feed them and even leave them just tied up to a toilet.
This sounds alot like it and the pics and videos are pretty strikingThese parents are up there with the worst people on earth

This kid has probably been dehydrated and under fed all his life. Has never led a semi normal life since he left the hospital.
He wasn't a healthy kid last year and theb his mom stopped cooking for him.
He may have been tied up for days for all we know and has no mental capacity at all from what I'm reading.
There is legitimately very little difference between him and a vegetable at this point. Except the vegetable isnt conscious and is probably fed better
