as people have already mentioned, adjust your expectations of housing costs because the costs are crazy high. it sucks how expensive apartments are in the greater boston area. but its a cool place to live. i used to go to the natick mall when i was growing up.

when i'm apartment hunting i just look on zillow and find something i like. then the realtor might have other things to show you based on your criteria (how many bedrooms, and budget limits)

i grew up in wayland

i live in waltham now tho. if waltham isnt too far of a commute for u, it's a good spot to live thats closer to boston, and has its own decent night life scene, but is also relatively affordable. (moody st in waltham is the spot with the night life)
