Labels and governments should work together in an ideal world without exploiting the artist. This allows them to get paid while also contributing to a greater cause

One of my favorite bands got a grant from their country to tour America.

A government regulated (ran by decent ppl) digital public music library would have no ads. And would have the infrastructure to last a long time.

People would have access to the music for a certain time. If they really fw it they will buy the music to own permanently or stream using a private platform
