What the actual f***! Probably his least misogynistic album in his discography. If anything it celebrates women. Nas hate by critics is so corny with this album
Idk what it is bro. What did Nas even do to those weirdos? Maybe they were hired to write hit pieces bc Nas doesn't fw certain publications. Or maybe something about Nas just triggers racists and makes them show their true colors.
@localblaccmane this is just awful
Peep the replies, dude got destroyed

Kanye was right when he said white people need to stop reviewing black music.

Not a single word about "misogyny" in those reviews from Danny boy!

Tbh it really pisses me off when everyone is just so PC and touchy and looking for reasons to complain about insignificant s***. People won’t be happy until the whole world is beige, safe and boring!

He got paid to do this s*** (nas review) there's no way...

America is too soft when they want. The worst part is that the rest of the world will follow them like it's a trend.

Imagine being shameless and desperate enough to slander a legend like Nas for a paycheck.

Agreed. Our society peaked Around 2015, after then we become whiny b****es who like to complain about everything and have a victim mentality

Wow SMH

Everything is just going to become so boring. I mean you literally can’t say a f***ing thing these says without someone catching feelings. And 90% of the time it’s for likes on a twitter post.

Nas should be treated like the Bob Dylan of hip hop - a wordsmith, and have his work carefully a***yzed and dissected. But that's Kendrick to those critics, even though Kendrick himself has stated that he looks up to Nas and Hov for inspiration. Kendrick should still be praised but damn, Nas doesn't get any respect from them.

Meta critic user score 8.9/10
Music critics are just hype beasts these days and care more about the artists public image than the actual music. Nas won’t get a critically acclaimed album in 2020 with allegations of domestic violence and alcohol abuse

He knows it, he said that the critics never fw'd with him and looking back it's true for most of his career, they even s***ted on Stillmatic at the time.

Whenever I hear a reviewer mentioning misogyny or sexism in a review I automatically switch off tbh, I don’t listen to music or watch a movie for it to be politically correct. I wanna know what someone really thinks not an edited version of the artist! Everyone is a f***ing social activist these days 🙄

Real, this dude was spittin:

The thing that makes the reviewers stance worse is him tryna mention Kelis. Very clearly exposing he has NO IDEA what the f*** he's talking about in regards to that situation.
Nas abused Kelis. And Kelis abused Nas. They divorced, and ever since then Kelis been steady tryna steal more child support money from Nas than what was agreed upon in court, tried to paint Nas as a deadbeat, but Nas came through and exposed texts between him and his son that Kelis keeps tryna keep from him.
That's why it's really best to not even try and speak on that whole thing, it's an absolute mess on both sides. The fact that some white dude is trying to speak on it, especially as a means to trash the album in a review, is exactly why white people need to stay the f*** out of hip-hop reviews and culture. They're clowns.
