Lowkey bet Netflix made the Duffers keep Max alive tbh
Also Marvel just made every penultimate part and finale have to feel like Infinity War and Endgame huh

Theoryseason should’ve ended with the whole group at Max’s funeral and they see the ash raining down
but since they didn’t kill her - Vecna should use her body as a host. They did it with Will in S2, but Will was fighting back. Since Max is not conscious, Vecna has free reign, and she becomes basically the villain. Then the characters have a moral dilemma and don’t want to hurt her

Unless they leave Max in a coma for years, which I can see that happening too

Hopper's storyline was the weakest. I literally fast forwarded through his scenes. Also thought the episode lengths could be cut shorter... It feels bloated at parts
